What is The Personnel ManagersYearbook Online?

The Personnel Manager’s Yearbook Online is a searchable database containing more than 90,000 HR and senior business contacts in more than 13,000 of the UK’s largest companies and organisations.  As well as over 2,000 European companies. These contacts include:

• HR Managers/Officers
• Personnel Managers
• Finance Directors
• Manageing Directors
• Chief Executives
• Health and Safety Managers
• IT Managers
• Payroll Managers/Officers

Each company entry provides an address and telephone number and the majority of entries contain details of senior executives (e.g. Managing Director, Chief Executive, etc.) with turnover and employee figures. Only companies with more than 100 employees with a designated marketing contact and/or a marketing budget of over £100,000 are listed and each company entry contains at least one contact responsible for HR. 

Searching for UK & European personnel contacts

The Personnel Manager’s Yearbook Online allows you to search for HR/personnel contacts in a number of ways:

If you are looking for a specific individual or company, the quick search option allows you to search by either:

• Company name - e.g. “Chelsea Building Society”, or
• Individual name - e.g. “Jane Smith"

If you want to create a list of companies according to specific criteria, the advanced search option allows you to search by:

• Geographical area(s) – Region: e.g. “Eastern”, County: e.g. “Essex”, or   country eg “France”
• Industry sector(s) – e.g. “Career, Redundancy & Employee Counselling”
• Employee figure – e.g. “250 - 1,000”
• Turnover figure – e.g. £100,000 – £250,000

All search results can be saved and modified as well as ‘filtered’ e.g. refining your results to only display the first ten companies.  Additionally any new companies added will be flagged for your attention.
