TERMS & CONDITIONS - Publications supplied by Waterlow Legal & Regulatory Ltd (trading as AP Information Services)

1. AP Information Services is a trading name of Waterlow Legal & Regulatory Ltd, a Wilmington Group PLC company
2. The term publisher as used in these Terms & Conditions means Waterlow Legal & Regulatory Ltd. (Herein referred to as Waterlow)
3. The term publication used in these conditions means the print Directory/Yearbook or online directory for which the order was placed.
4. No payment is either solicited or accepted for the inclusion of basic entries in this publication.
5. Every possible precaution has been taken to ensure that the information within this publication is accurate at the time research and of going to press and Waterlow cannot accept any liability for errors or omissions, however caused.
6. The information contained in this publication has, in the main, been supplied by the organisations listed while other information comes from a variety of sources.
7. All rights reserved.
8. No part of this publication, either in print or online, may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without the prior permission of Waterlow.
9. The information in the publication cannot be used for mailshots or emailshots without the publisher's permission.
10. A small number of dummy names and addresses may be included to enable Waterlow to monitor customer usage.
11. Under the telecommunications regulations 1998 there are rules relating to the use of telemarketing. Our lists are checked against TPS and FPS lists but our clients are still by law, responsible for their own use of phone and fax numbers listed.
12. If the purchaser has not previously been a customer of Waterlow Legal & Regulatory Ltd (or before 1st October 2009 AP Information Services Ltd.), a pro-forma invoice is sent out and the publication will not be mailed until payment in full is received.
13. If a previous customer who has bought from Waterlow Legal & Regulatory Ltd (or before 1st October 2009 AP Information Services Ltd.) in the last 3 years, places an order, then the publication will be sent out immediately with an invoice included.
14. Our terms of payment are: STRICTLY 30 DAYS NET - Interest is payable at a rate of 2% per month on all invoices not paid within these terms.
15. If you are setting up a standing order, you will receive a 10% discount on the publication price for each edition of your chosen publication, for a minimum of the next three years. By taking up this offer you are agreeing to buy the publication (with standing order discount) every year for a minimum of three years. If at any time you wish to cancel the standing order you must inform 'The Marketing Services Manager' in writing no later than 10 weeks prior to the publication of the next directory.
16. If a standing order is cancelled prior to the minimum period of 3 years then any discount gained on a previous edition or editions, of the publication, will be invoiced by Waterlow.
17. Waterlow Legal & Regulatory Ltd (trading as AP Information Services) offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all publications. If you are not entirely satisfied please ring us on 020 7549 8708 for an authorisation of return and if returned within 14-days of receipt then a full refund (excluding any postage charged) for your directory will be issued. Please note that unauthorised returns of directories will not be refunded.
